Masters in Science Counselor Nicola Waisome-Crooks is skilled in using multiple psychotherapy approaches in individual counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling​, and Group counseling. She is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervisor. Along with her specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy, Nicola also possesses more than fifteen years Serving in law enforcement and corrections, and has been a part of the Military family for over 15 years. Nicola has great compassion for creating a safe, conforming environment for your healing, transition, and growth. She takes great pride in her diverse and multicultural competence in the field of mental health. Nicola is competent ​in working with children 6 years and older, adolescents, and adults of all ages and sexual orientations. She is able to address a variety of counseling concerns such as anxiety, depression, traumas, grief, identity/personality, self-esteem problems and women empowerment.
